How We Help

Adult Evening Clinic

We provide treatment for acute minor illnesses and diabetic screening for adults age 18 and older on a walk-in basis beginning at 5:00 p.m. each Monday.

To be eligible, patients must be uninsured and live within our service area. Patients must provide photo ID and proof of address.
