The NDSM Governing Board consists of nine directors, two of whom are the President and President-Elect of the Advisory Council. Of the remaining seven directors, no fewer than three are members of the Covenant Congregations. The Governing Board may appoint one or more persons to serve as ex-officio members of the Governing Board.
