Thanks to our medical partner, UT Southwestern Medical Center, we’ve been taking precautions to protect our clients and staff since the outbreak began. We are in continual communication with the Centers for Disease Control to monitor events and to change our protocols as needed.
Volunteers and clients who need non-medical services should not come to NDSM if they are feeling ill and experienced cough, fever and/or shortness of breath.
When you do visit, you might note some changes, and there are even more behind the scenes as we strive to be safe and able to continue providing aid to those who need it.
To stay safe, follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control – https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/prevention-treatment.html
