Employment Assistance
Employment assistance services are available Monday through Friday. We provide counseling that is appropriate to each client. Client’s must present a social security card and state issued ID. We provide employment assistance to clients living in any zip code.
Tax Preparation Assistance
During “tax-season” from February through mid-April, our volunteers prepare and electronically file tax returns for low and moderate income households. Due to Covid, this will be done on a drop-off or online upload. Hours for drop-off will be 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To apply for assistance, clients need to bring a photo ID, social security card or tax ID number, prior year tax return, W-2 or 1099MISC income forms and all other tax-related forms and paperwork necessary to verify income and potential deductions.
We partner with Foundation Communities to offer this service to residents in all zip codes.
