Must register at first visit
Must present photo id, Medicaid or birth certificate for household members
Must be 18+ years old

Monday: 12:30pm – 3:30pm

Tuesday: 12:30pm – 3:30pm

Wednesday: 10:30 am – 12:30pm

Thursday: 12:30pm – 3:30pm

Friday: 12:30pm – 3:30pm
