Guidelines

Adults must present:
Your Photo ID
Social security ITIN for everyone on tax return
All W2 and 1099 forms
Health insurance documents
Routing and account numbers for direct deposit
Last years tax return (if you have it)

Hours (seasonally adjusted)

Summer Hours:

Mondays: 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Wednesdays: 2:00pm – 6:00pm

3rd Saturday of the Month: 10:00am – 2:00pm
