Must live in our Primary Service Area or Dallas County
Must be 10 yrs or older

Distribution Schedule

Pre-screening: Tuesday – Friday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Optometrist visit: 2nd Friday of each month – 8:00am
Glasses pick up: When notified by text or phone
Applications Closed Until April 1st, 2026
